Gifts For Everyone On Your List, All Under $25
By Laura Underwood, Sweet Relish
I’m not sure if you know this about me, but I’m kind of a penny pincher. It’s not that I’m struggling to get by; it’s just that I’d rather save than spend. Last year for Christmas I made my dad a calendar. Seriously. I used colored pencils and cut out scrapbook paper to make pumpkins and turkeys and Christmas trees. I was actually pretty proud of that thing, but in hindsight, that kind of gift was probably only cute until I was, what, 11?
Somehow I don’t think any of my friends or family would be thrilled to open up one of those DIY bird feeders this year – you know, cover a toilet paper roll in peanut butter and roll it around in bird seed -- so I’m trying to plan ahead and find some awesome gifts for a reasonable price. Here are 5 gifts that are guaranteed to be a hit with everyone I’m shopping for, each for $25 or less!
1. I recently took a few Freakers to a food truck rodeo to keep my drink cold and my hands dry. People were coming up to me all night asking where they could get a Freaker of their own. At less than $10 a pop, I have no problem sticking one in every stocking. For a super fun gift, give a drink sweater with a matching water bottle. Freaker collaborated with Liberty Bottleworks to product these fun pairs and they’re perfect to keep you hip and hydrated. Plus, the bottle and drink sweater together still run for less than $25! Winning.

2. The multicolor sticker frames from BUTCH & harold would be perfect for any of my girl friends. We’re young and single, which means two things. One, we’re renting apartments so we can’t put holes in the walls and two, we don’t have men around to hang heavy pictures for us. Not a problem! These sticker frames are the perfect way to decorate without damage.
3. Friends and family may be surprised to unwrap a jar of Skinny Coconut Oil this year, but coconut oil isn’t just for cooking. While it is packed with vitamins and minerals, you can also use coconut oil as a moisturizer on your hair or skin, as an eye makeup remover, or as a natural chap stick. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
4. Modgy’s modern products are sure to be a hit with anyone on your gift list. They make the coolest shatterproof, expandable vases, lanterns, and portable dog bowls. They’re simple to store and come in cheerful patterns to fit every personality.
5. My niece and nephew have been asking for a dog this year, and although I’d love to get them a puppy, I'm pretty sure my siblings would kill me. My solution? The Zooquariums fish bowls from The Refined Fin. The soft colors and animal shapes – elephants, cats, frogs, and whales – make the Zooquarium the cutest fish bowl I’ve ever seen. It rings up at less than $20, so I can still buy a beta fish to live inside and stick to my budget.
